TO BE ELIGIBLE TO EARN CRATE RACIN’ USA DIRT LATE MODEL SERIES NATIONAL POINTS AND OR WEEKLY RACING SERIES POINTS, POINT FUND MONIES, AND SERIES CONTINGENCY AWARDS, A DRIVER MUST PAY AN ANNUAL MEMBERSHIP FEE OF $100
To complete membership registration with the NeSmith Chevrolet Dirt Late Model Series please click on the Registration Form (.pdf file) link below. When the file opens, please print it out and complete all of the information.
Once you completely fill out the form, please sign it, and send it along with a check or money order for $100, payable to Crate Racin’ USA, to:
