NeSmith Chevrolet DLMS Moves Smoky Mountain Speedway Date To April 2

CARTERSVILLE, GA – NeSmith Chevrolet Dirt Late Model Series officials have moved the touring event at Smoky Mountain Speedway in Maryville, TN to April 2 due to schedule conflicts in the area on the originally scheduled date of March 26. The race will be a 50-lap $2,500-to-win event that will be Round 4 of the 2011 NeSmith Chevrolet Dirt Late Model Series Touring season. The April 2 event at Smokey Mountain Speedway will be the first of three NeSmith Chevrolet Dirt Late Model Series Touring events at the historic 3/8-mile clay oval during the 2011 season. Smoky Mountain Speedway will also host 50-lap $2,500-to-win events on May 14 and July 30. The first three NeSmith Chevrolet Dirt Late Model Series Touring events will be held this Thursday, Friday and Saturday nights at East Bay Raceway Park in Tampa, FL. The Thursday night and Friday night races will be 40-lap $2,000-to-win events, and the Saturday night race will be a 50-lap $3,000-to-win event.
