IF YOU ARE A CRATE DRIVER AND PLAN TO RACE AT SMOKY MOUNTAIN OR 411 MOTORSPEEDWAY OR ANY OTHER NESMITH SANCTIONED TRACK YOU MUST FILL OUT A NESMITH FORM AND PAY THE $100 FEE BEFORE YOUR FIRST RACE, JUST A HEADS UP.. START SAVING RACING SEASON IS JUST AROUND THE CORNER! 
To complete membership registration with the NeSmith Chevrolet Dirt Late Model Series please click on the Registration Form (.pdf file) link below. When the file opens, please print it out and complete all of the information.
Once you completely fill out the form, please sign it, and send it along with a check or money order for $100, payable to Crate Racin’ USA, to:
