Former track owners and a racers legend race their way into the Smoky Mountain Speedway Hall Of Fame. John and Bill Loope along with Charlie Hill and Kenny Cook join Fred Houser and others in the Hall Of fame. A Racers favorite Kenny Ledbetter, also joins the elite group of Famers. The Loopes, Hill and Cook along with Fred Houser owned the famed track in the nineties. They had huge success with the track and took it to a level the dirt track had never seen before. He has helped just about everyone that has ever raced there. He has also helped the track owners with everything from track prep to repairing equipment. They all have earned the recognition and respect of the racing community.
