Volunteer STARS Racing Series announced yesterday that they have ceased operations effective immediately. We will still be hosting the Southern Regional Racing Series on June 30th as well as 3 others, however June 30th will no longer be co-sanctioned with VSTARS. You can read the press release below.

Continue Reading →After meeting with NeSmith’s competition director Tim Sims and many of the area Crate LM drivers at 411 Motorspeedway earlier today, SMS and 411 have decided to go under the NeSmith sanction for the 2012 season. NeSmith Crate LMs will be alternating between the two tracks for a combined points championship.

411 Motorspeedway and Smoky Mountain Speedway met again last night and were able to complete the 2012 Schedule… we are awaiting a few series confirmations which should be finalized over the weekend. Both Schedules are set to be released Monday, December 19th.
